Minister of Industry, Investment & Commerce, Karl Samuda (C), discusses with Police Commissioner Rear Admiral Hardley Lewin (L) strategies to combat the illegal activities plaguing the scrap metal industry. Also taking part in the discussions was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Reginald Budhan. (JIS)
